PURPOSE STATEMENT
To initiate modifications that will increase attendance and participation. To enhance value for exhibitors, sponsors and other participants. To provide a framework that can be utilized as a funds generator for years to come.

GOALS

  • Generate $30,000 in non-dues income for the Chamber of Commerce
  • Involve at some capacity 50% or more of the Chamber membership
  • Sell all available sponsorships
  • Sell all available spaces in all scheduled seminars
  • Sell all available booth space
  • Have 2000 non-exhibitors attend the expo
  • Provide an event that brings added undeniable value to Chamber membership
  • Create a venue that provides unique and superior exposure for the participating exhibitors and sponsors

BENEFIT STATEMENT
To add value to Chamber membership while promoting and enhancing business opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors. The idea is to continue promoting positive awareness of the Chamber in the community.
