• Building relationships with the Village and Developers on such critical decisions of zoning, rezoning, annexation, infrastructure needs and requirements, recreational development, and any forthcoming equestrian expansion projects will give businesses and the community the conduit to the structure of Wellington’s future climate.
• Playing a visionary and advisory role in Wellington’s future master plan is an incredible opportunity and privilege and should provide strong interrelations with a broad business sector which can only reap significant rewards in the long term.
