EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS

JEN HERNANDEZ- CHAIRWOMAN

I have been a resident of Wellington for 21 years, attending both middle school and high school in Wellington. I love all Wellington has to offer and am very proud to be
involved in our amazing community. Upon graduating from Wellington High School, I attended Johnson & Wales University in North Miami Beach for an AA in Culinary Arts and Business Administration, and a BA in Food Service Management. I later attended Florida Atlantic University to complete my Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management. I have a deep background in hospitality and restaurant service obtained through my employment with Marriott Hotels as kitchen manager and later purchasing manager, Fuddruckers as assistant manager, and Madison Green as Food & Beverage and Marketing Director. My dream was always to teach business at the university level and own my own business, so I left the hospitality industry to start my Doctorates Degree and teach upper-level math at the high school level. I truly love working with young adults, but I left teaching when the opportunity presented itself to open Art Cellar Wellington, a social painting and crafting studio offering fun step-by-step instruction for adults and children. I love the outdoors, my family, friends, dog- Cabela, and God.

Holly Pridgen

Holly Pridgen is the owner and founder of Florida Title Closings and Title, by Holly, Inc.
Holly is a Native Floridian, originally from Miramar, she grew up most of her life in Homestead, where she enjoyed riding horses and working for a veterinarian. In 1999,
Holly married Daniel Pridgen and has been a Palm Beach County resident since. Holly has three children which are her pride and joy; her oldest daughter Blake Pridgen (18
years old) is currently a freshman in college at Flagler College in St. Augustine, her son DJ Pridgen (15 years old) is a freshman at Palm Beach Central High School and daughter Hayden Pridgen (11 years old) is in 5th grade at Discover Key Elementary.
Holly’s current position as owner and founder of Florida Title Closings follows 19 years
of dedication to the title insurance industry. Holly started with a basic secretary position
at Title 2000 in Pompano Beach in 1999, and then towards the end of 2003 she
launched Title, by Holly, Inc., which lead her to servicing several high-volume title
agencies. Holly both utilized and enhanced her skills through servicing a wide range of
title agencies, foreclosure firms, probate firms, municipalities, financial institutions and
even environmental firms. Such a broad exposure, has given Holly an edge to servicing
her customers.
More than anything, Holly enjoys building relationships with people. She loves the
“small town” feel of a community and friendly faces. Being a part of the Chamber of
Commerce and being an Ambassador has brought so much joy to my life through

Kathleen Williams

Kathleen Williams is a mortgage loan office with Mutual Federal Bank. She specializes in
residential lending in Palm Beach county of South Florida. She began her financial career over
32 years ago at major financial firms bear Stearns and Smith Barney on their trading floors in
equities and municipal bond trading. Kathleen was also FINRA Series 7 & 63 Registered
Financial Advisor at AG Edwards prior to her move to sunny South Florida in 1994.
In Florida Kathleen worked at AVM, LP, a fixed income arbitrage hedge fund in Boca Raton,
where she traded interest rate derivatives as one of only two women on the all-male trading
floor. Kathleen has a passion for numbers and loved the fast-paced rigors and stresses of the
trading floor. After 18 years trading derivatives, which included mortgage backed securities, she
made the natural transition to selling mortgages in the primary market as a loan officer in 2013.
She worked at Ideal Lending Solutions in West Palm Beach and has just recently made the move
to Mutual Federal. Kathleen loves educating her clients and helping them achieve the American
dream of owning a home.
Kathleen is very involved in her community of Wellington by serving as Vice President of the
Women of Wellington, a Chamber volunteer group whose focus is philanthropy in the western
communities. She is an active Ambassador for the Wellington Chamber. Kathleen is also a
member of the Alliance of Women Executives and is active in other networking groups to help
further expand her referral and client base while at the same time making lasting friendships
and business alliances.
Kathleen is married to Kevin for 23 years and has two daughters, Meghan a Sophomore at FSU
and Erin a Junior at Wellington High. She lives on a small farm with three horses, three dogs,
four cats and a few chickens. She and her family regularly attend all the local equestrian
activities including dressage, show jumping and Polo.
