Born in France and with over more than 35 years of coaching, I move to Wellington. I am a passionate woman who love helping individuals in difficult time, discovering new skills and unique strenghts to improve their lives, retrieve a mindset for performance, and harmonious relationship. I love to help woman to find their strength and courage to be who their are supposed to be. I am also a meditation and yoga instructor, a holistic healer with a master reiki certification. I teach through retreats (in group also one on one).
